Hey TEDx‘ers,

We have some news for you!

It's so great to see that TEDxVilnius community is constantly growing, and that even the simple simulcasts of TED events attract more people than we expect. So having this in mind, we have decided to bring the regular web streaming event to the new level!

This June we're organizing a one-day TEDGlobal 2013 Simulcast Event with a greater focus on our amazing TEDxVilnius community! There was never enough time to explore the fields of our local speakers' expertise, thus we invited a number of them to share the most practical angle and the newest updates of their work. 

As you can see in the program, we will have 4 different parts of the event: Makers' Fair for all the techies, YouShare session for all of you who want to share some ideas with us, life stream of 3 sessions of TEDGlobal 2013, and the decent TEDx style afterparty (yes, finally!).

16:45 – 18:00 TEDGlobal Session 6: World on Its Head

Paulius Briedis is already working on the 3D model of the fluorescence flute; he will print and bring some of them to the party.  Together with Justicious we will record music samples of you clapping, singing, playing, jew’s harping, whistling, and let Mark Splinter, electro music guru, make you dance untill your feet hurt!
